GIA Certification — Natural Diamond Jewelry

All natural diamond solitaires and center stones are graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

What a GIA Report Includes

Identification: Natural origin confirmation.

4Cs Grading: Carat weight; Color (D–Z); Clarity (FL–I3); Cut grade (for round brilliants).

Proportions: Table, depth, crown/pavilion angles, girdle, culet.

Finish: Polish and symmetry grades.

Fluorescence: Intensity and color, if present.

Plot/Diagram: Internal and external characteristics where applicable.

Inscription: Many stones carry a laser-inscribed GIA report number on the girdle.

What an IGI Report Includes
