2. The Riyanika design team reviews and responds within 24 hours with sketches, stone options, and pricing — composed to the customer's stated budget.
3. Customer approves the design, places a deposit, and receives the finished piece in 15–22 business days.

Bespoke design carries no obligation at the quiz stage — the brief and quote are free.

## Diamond Certification Standards

- Every natural diamond above 0.30 carat is GIA-certified.
- Lab-grown diamonds carry IGI or GCAL certification.
- Certification documents are dispatched with the finished piece.
- Smaller accent stones (below 0.30ct) are inspected for color (G–H), clarity (VS–SI), and cut precision but are not individually certified — this is industry-standard practice.

## Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

## Pricing Philosophy

Riyanika prices to bypass the traditional retail markup chain. Most fine-jewelry retailers carry a 3–5x markup on raw materials and labor; Riyanika's direct-to-consumer model targets a 1.5–2x markup, putting solid-gold + GIA-certified jewelry in a price band that's typically reserved for plated or low-karat pieces at retail.

14K and 18K versions of the same design exist as separate products. The 14K price is calculated from the 18K price by deducting the metal-cost gap (16.5% of pure gold weight × spot gold per gram) and rounded to the nearest $50.
