A lab-grown diamond necklace is the category where the price advantage shows most clearly. A 1 ct solitaire pendant in a natural diamond costs around $6,000. The same piece in a lab-grown diamond costs around $1,200. That gap is what lets you own a real, certified diamond necklace as an everyday piece rather than an occasion one.

Types

Solitaire pendants are the most-worn daily piece. Tennis necklaces run diamonds the full length of the chain for occasion wear. Station necklaces space diamonds along the chain for a subtle, modern look. Layering chains are designed to be worn two or three at a time.

By shape

Match the diamond shape to the mood. Emerald cut for architectural clean lines. Marquise for elongation. Pear for drop silhouettes. Round for classic sparkle.

Chain lengths

Our default is 18 inches, which sits just below the collarbone. Choose 16 inches for a choker look, 20-22 inches for a longer drop or layering. Every necklace ships with an adjustable chain unless stated.

What's included

GIA grading report for every centre stone over 0.30 ct. 18K solid gold (yellow, white or rose), hallmarked. Signature gift box. Lifetime cleaning service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are lab-grown diamond necklaces as good as natural?

Visually, yes. They sparkle the same and look identical. Lab-grown depreciates faster on the secondary market, but for a necklace you plan to wear and keep, that is rarely the deciding factor.

What length chain should I buy?

18 inches is the default and works with most necklines. Go 16 inches for a choker feel or 20-22 inches if you want the pendant to sit lower or intend to layer.

Can I swim or shower with a lab-grown diamond necklace?

You can shower. Avoid pools (chlorine weakens gold alloys) and salt water. Dry the chain before putting it back on to prevent any sulphur tarnish on the clasp.

How much does a lab-grown diamond solitaire necklace cost?

Our lab-grown solitaire pendants start at around $400 for 0.50 ct and rise to $2,500 for 3 ct. A 1 ct lab-grown pendant, our most popular size, is around $1,000.

Is the chain solid gold?

Yes. Both the chain and the pendant are 18K solid gold, hallmarked. We do not do plated or filled chains.

Can I engrave the pendant?

On most pendant designs, yes. Initials, a date, or a short phrase on the back. Engraving adds 3-5 business days to the ship time. Engraved pieces are final sale.
