30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all documentation included.

How to Return

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@riyanikajewels.com or via WhatsApp to initiate your return.
2. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back securely. We recommend insured, tracked shipping — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and unworn.
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
• Bespoke and custom-made pieces are non-refundable.
• Original packaging and certificates must be included.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact us immediately. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
