Designing your own — questions.

Is designing my own ring really online?
Yes. The full process — brief, consultation, sketches, CAD render, stone selection, approval, and insured shipping — can all happen online without visiting a studio. Most of our US and international customers do the whole design fully online.
How much does a custom-designed ring cost?
From US$1,500. A simple lab-grown solitaire engagement ring sits around US$1,500–2,500; natural diamond rings start around US$4,000. Wedding bands start around US$1,200. We quote before any work begins.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
That's what the consultation is for. Bring a rough idea, a Pinterest board, or just a budget. The 2-minute brief captures enough for us to suggest starting points — you don't have to decide everything upfront.
Can I change the design after I've started?
Yes. You approve every stage — sketch, CAD, stone — before we cast. Adjustments at sketch and CAD stages are included. Once cast, a piece is final.
How long from brief to finished ring?
4–6 weeks from approved design to delivery. Faster turnarounds are possible for proposal deadlines — let us know your date.
What's the difference between lab-grown and natural diamond?
Both are real diamonds and identical to the eye. Lab-grown costs around 70% less, so you get a larger or higher-grade stone for the same budget. Natural diamonds carry tradition and rarity.
