What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects — any fault in the construction, setting, or finish of the piece as delivered.
- Prong integrity issues that result from a manufacturing defect.
- Structural defects in the gold setting or band.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Loss of stones due to accidental damage.
- Alterations or repairs carried out by a third party.
- Damage resulting from resizing performed outside of Riyanika.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at contact@riyanikajewels.com or via WhatsApp (+852 9150 0032) with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Share clear photographs of the piece and the defect.
- Our team will assess the claim and advise on next steps, typically within 2–3 business days.
- If the claim is approved, we will arrange repair or replacement at no charge to you. Return shipping costs are covered by Riyanika for approved warranty claims.
